Refund Policy
- Can I get my refund after purchasing? If you are not satisfied with our product, you can get a refund within 30 days after you purchase it. If you have any problems running extension, concerns about the refund term, or support and installation service, please kindly contact us.
- I bought two items in one order. Can I get a refund for one of them? If it’s not been over 30 days and the order compiles with our privacy policy, then it is possible to get a refund. Please note that we will not refund any discounts applied to your orders.
- I bought your product over 30 days ago, but didn’t use it, can I ask for a refund? We understand your situation. We will offer the full support you need to resolve any issue that you may face in the future. But, we cannot provide a refund after 30 days of purchase as it is something, which is against our privacy policy.
