Please read the following document containing the Terms and Conditions carefully before using MageSpark.com. By purchasing products from MageSpark, we assume that you read and agree to our terms and conditions.

Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of MageSpark.com.

MageSpark.com is the copyright holder of all software sold on this site. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any products without MageSpark.com's permission, is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to use any part of our code in whole or part of any other software or product or website. Refunds, support service and bug fixing service are not available to violators of copyright.


Only one copy of an extension can be used on one Magento installation for your own personal or business use. A separate License should be purchased for each Magento installation. For more information, please read our Licence Agreement.

Our extension is 100% open source code and you are allowed to customize our products to fit your own needs.

Free Installation

When purchasing at MageSpark.com, we offer Free installation service for all paid extensions under one Magento installation ONLY. To get Free installation support, please provide us access to your website (including admin account and FTP/SSH info).

Free installation offer is just valid for 2 weeks (10 working days) for each order upon the date of purchase. If customers contact us to install an extension which was purchased after 2 weeks or for the second Magento installation, we would like to charge installation fee for this kind of service.

Free installation is not applied to Free extensions.


MageSpark.com does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability.

Support and bug fixing policy

MageSpark.com offer Lifetime Free Support for all paid extensions and themes until you are fully satisfied. Free support service is just applied to paid products. Please notice that we do not offer free support for free extensions, which means if customers ask for any kind of support for a free extension, there will be an extra fee for this kind of Magento services.

The following services are NOT covered by the FREE LIFETIME SUPPORT option:

  • Compatibility check between Magento and other software packages;
  • Integration of the purchased products;
  • Error caused during buyer installation;
  • Error caused during buyer software upgrade;
  • Modules/Themes customization;
  • Product integration troubleshooting;
  • Magento performance optimization and tuning;
  • Third-party developers consultation;
  • Product version update with different module or theme.

Contact us if you have any questions or problems or need our support. Our support staff will get back with you as soon as possible.

Customers are free to report any bugs experienced while using our extensions. MageSpark.com will try to fix the bugs as soon as possible. To report bugs or request support please contact us.


MageSpark updates extensions regularly to meet customers' needs and make our products compatible with Magento new versions. We provide Lifetime FREE Update for all extensions on our Magento store.

When MageSpark publishes new versions of any product, please take notice of Release note tab on the product page to get updates about the latest version. Customers who purchased products from us can get the updated version for FREE by logging in our store and go to My account > My downloadable products.

MageSpark reserves the right to determine which products will be updated and when or to discontinue product updates

Please remember that we do not provide free services (including free support and installation service) for updated versions.


MageSpark provides Customization Service of any extension to fit your own needs. Customers can contact for customization by sending Email, Ticket or through our Live Chat

Customization Terms and Condition

Customization will be similar to discussed requirements. Customization does not include any further changes or additional changes. Any further or additional changes will be considered as a separate project and will be quoted separately. Customization also does not include installation support. Free Installation support is just applied to extensions purchased from our Magento extension store.

Customization support will be valid for one month only upon delivery of the project. For further support, you need to extend the support time and we would like to charge you an additional amount for extended support time.

During Customization Service, please don't make any modification on any file. If you are making any change, please inform us first and make a backup of the file / folder / database / setting.

Customization is guaranteed only for the site we work on. We are not responsible for any site's change/update/upgrade later on the site or applying the same customization on other sites even in the free support period of the project.

Refund policy

MageSpark offers 30-day Money Back Guarantee for all of our products. If you have any problems running extension, concerns about the refund term, or support and installation service, please kindly contact us. If the extension fails to function properly due to a bug and we cannot support to fix it, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. However, we stand behind our products and will assist customer in solving problems first

To request a refund please submit a request containing your Order ID or Payer email address via our Customer Support Center.

Refund Terms

Before a refund will be granted, customer must enable us to try and solve any problem related to the Magento extension. Contact us via Email or Skype and please provide us the information related to problems. We handle problems as they come but it may take us up to 5 business days to solve an issue.

Note that refund request which is to be made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be given a refund.

Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the extension or if the extension was purchased for evaluation purposes. Before purchasing any of our product, please read the product details and also check the DEMO/Screenshot very carefully. Only if you are completely satisfied, the product should be purchased.

Refunds will not be granted in case coding conflicts are related to any third party extensions/themes that are installed on your store. We can offer our support service in fixing conflicts for an additional charge.

We don't refund a part of the grand total if the price of the products have been reduced.

We reserve the right to decline a refund request if you have made any custom modifications of our product core files.

We reserve the right to decline a refund request if you purchased/downloaded CE (Community/Open Source) version of our extension and installed it on EE (Enterprise Edition/Commerce).

Please remember that we will not refund any fee you paid for installation and customization services.

Notification of Changes

MageSpark.com reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. Changes to our term and conditions will be published at this page.

Account Management

The EU's GDPR Law came into effect from 25 May, 2018, under which you can request for deletion your account at MageSpark. Please contact us for the same and we'll take care further.
