All prices for our products and services are displayed on the Website and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for paying all charges, including applicable taxes, fees, and currency conversion charges as required by law in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. In case of a pricing or product listing error, we may cancel or refuse an order or request additional confirmation from you.

  • Modify the source code for your own internal use or for your client’s project, where such modification is allowed under the specific license for that product.

Unless expressly permitted in writing by MageSpark, you must not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or re-license the product (in whole or in part) as your own product;
  • Share the product publicly, including by uploading it to public repositories, marketplaces, or file-sharing platforms;
  • Use the product in any way that infringes the rights (including intellectual property rights) of MageSpark or any third party;
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the product files.

6. Support and Updates

Where indicated on the product page, MageSpark may provide support and updates for a specified period (for example, 6 or 12 months) from the date of purchase. The exact duration, scope, and level of support will be described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

Support may include assistance with:

Unless explicitly included in a separate agreement, support does not cover:

  • Performance optimization or consulting services unrelated to bugs in our product.

We reserve the right to determine which products will receive updates, when such updates will be released, and whether any product will be discontinued.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and our products, including but not limited to code, design, text, graphics, logos, and documentation, are owned by MageSpark or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the product under these Terms; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or public display of our products or Website content is strictly prohibited.

8. Email Address and Communication

You agree to provide a valid and regularly monitored email address for communication regarding your orders, support requests, and account-related notifications. We recommend using a business email address when possible.
